Logistics Assistant
1. Cooperate with supervisor to complete daily logistics management;
2, distribution management: management and optimization of the carrier, reduce the overall transport costs, overall arrangements for daily delivery tasks, improve the ability to deal with failure and recovery, to ensure timely delivery;
3, warehouse management: responsible for receiving, storage and distribution of materials, to ensure that the accounts, objects, cards and a variety of statements in a timely and accurate manner to monitor inventory and warehousing costs, to ensure the safety of materials, improve turnover;
4, on-site operations management: organize the material handling, loading and unloading, packaging and other field operations, supervision, standardize business processes, to ensure the quality of products and services;
5, logistics information system optimization: design and optimize the physical control management process, to assist in the establishment of efficient logistics information management system, to ensure the accuracy of the operation;
6, logistics equipment management: the development and supervision of the implementation of logistics equipment planning, supervision and guidance of vehicles and other equipment use, placement and maintenance;
7, report management: responsible for the preparation of various types of logistics management report, timely return to the superior.
